Q: How much do premium accounts cost?
A: We offer three plans for Lycos Mail: $4.95 per month, $19.95 per year, or $49.95 per 3 years.
Q: If I upgrade to a premium email account will I have access to all my old email?
A: No, your account was deleted on June 1st, 2018.
Q: What happens after I close the account and stop paying?
A: When the bill isn't paid on time the account will be in a suspended state for 30 days. 30 days later the account and emails will be deleted. So you have 60 days after your account first stopped being paid to be able to restore your emails by paying again.
Q: How do I prevent my account from being deleted or suspended?
A: The most important thing you can do is keep your credit card up to date in the billing system. You can edit your billing information here: https://registration.lycos.com/billingedit.php
